If you feel that you would like a consultation or have a paranormal investigation on your home or business please fill out the form below. Keep in mind that you are required to be the property owner in order to give permission for New Life Paranormal to perform a paranormal investigation.
What To Expect: Once you have submitted your contact information our case manager will contact you within two business days. The case manager will set up a consultation with you either in person or over the phone. You will need to answer a series of questions as well as tell us all of the paranormal activity that you have been experiencing. (Remember we WILL NOT judge you) After the initial consultation we will then schedule a paranormal investigation based on a date and time that is good for all parties involved. When we arrive on location we will again sit down with you and ask about any other paranormal activity that has happened since we last spoke. We will then have you guide us through the home or business and have you point out any areas of interest. This is so we can get a feel for where we need to set up specific equipment to collect data during our paranormal investigation. The initial paranormal investigation typically lasts anywhere from 4-8 hours depending on the activity and the size of the case so plan accordingly. Once we have finished the initial investigation we will take all of the data we have collected and we will review everything (off site) to see if we have found anything of interest. (This can take between 7-10 business days) Once we have reviewed everything we will contact you and schedule another consultation either in person or by phone. We will then present to you anything of interest that we have found. Keeping in mind that paranormal activity doesn't always happen on command we will schedule at least one or two more follow up investigations (if needed) in order to collect more data. Please feel free to contact us at any time before, during, or after this process or whenever needed. (we know this can be uneasy and we are here for you)
How To Prepare: There's a few things that we ask from you so we are better prepared and to help reduce data contamination.
1.) If you have children please arrange for someone to watch them (If Possible) while we are conducting our paranormal investigation. This is so they are not frightened that we are there and so we can reduce sound contamination on our equipment in order to collect better quality data.
2.) If you have dogs or cats please put them in a contained area. This is so we have a better understanding of where what is, at what time, in case we see something unexplained on camera. This will also reduce sound contamination.
3.) Please turn off any heating or air conditioning (If Possible) at least 2 hours prior to us arriving. This is done because air ducts start to make noises as they expand or contract. If you turn them off 2 hours prior to our arrival this will help reduce the sound contamination once we are there. Another reason is that we keep track of temperatures and the house or business will start to level off some before we get there, so the temperature differences will not be too great between our readings.
4.) Please DO NOT invite extra friends or family over while we are conducting a paranormal investigation. This will interfere with our equipment and can cause a lot of sound contamination and dust orbs from having too much house traffic.
5.) If possible please DO NOT smoke in the home or business at least 2 hours prior to us arriving. This can contaminate the data we collect by causing false positives to appear on video and on cameras in the form of smoke, or mists. Also for the safety of all parties involved please to not drink alcohol while we are conducting a paranormal investigation.
6.) Upon submitting this form please start a log journal for all the paranormal activity that you are experiencing. The more detail the better. What date? What time? What were the weather conditions? Was anyone else home? Did anyone else experience it? Etc....
